Cozinhar as cenouras e triturar, juntamente com as tâmaras.

Cook the carrots and crush, along with the dates.

Colocamos o preparado anterior numa taça de batedeira, juntamos os ovos, os flocos, o sumo de laranja e o azeite e batemos até obtermos uma textura homogénea. Juntamos o fermento e a canela e mexemos só até incorporar.

Place the previous preparation in a mixing bowl, add the eggs, the flakes, the orange juice and the oil and beat until a homogeneous texture is obtained. Add the yeast and cinnamon and stir just until incorporated.

Passamos o preparado para uma forma pequena, previamente untada, e levamos ao forno por 20 a 30 minutos, sem ventoinha (fazemos o teste do palito para confirmar).

We transfer the mixture to a small, previously greased mold, and put it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, without a fan (we do the toothpick test to confirm).
