- Ketchup2 teaspoon

- Wheat flour1 cup
- Margarine1 teaspoon

- Cook white rice in a pan and let all the water come out.
- Put the margarine in a pan and let it melt then add the wheat flour, milk and the chopped onion and garlic, let it cook until you create a sauce
- Then put the cottage cheese, cream, mustard, ketchup, olive, pea corn and the seasonings after that put the cheese and let it melt
