  • Seasonings (Vegetables and rice seasoning, oregano, black pepper)1 to taste
  • Mustard2 teaspoon
  • Ketchup2 teaspoon
  • Cheese (as many slices as you like)5 unit(s)
  • Olive to taste
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Margarine1 teaspoon
  • Onion and garlic1 unit(s)
  1. Cook white rice in a pan and let all the water come out.
  2. Put the margarine in a pan and let it melt then add the wheat flour, milk and the chopped onion and garlic, let it cook until you create a sauce
  3. Then put the cottage cheese, cream, mustard, ketchup, olive, pea corn and the seasonings after that put the cheese and let it melt
  4. Finally, take the sauce you made and put it on the rice and mix, and put it in a mold put some cheese and oregano on top and finally put it in the oven for 200 degrees for 25 minutes
