- kibe flour500 g
- Mud meat.1 kg
- Onion.1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Oil90 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper.1 to taste
- Heat a liter of water and then pour it into the kibbeh. Leave it to soak for 1 hour or until the kibbe flour is full.
- Then add the ground beef to the kibbeh dough.
- In the blender, beat the onion, garlic, salt, pepper and oil. Throw this seasoning into the dough and mix well.
- Then grease a baking sheet with margarine and transfer the kibe.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until cooked.
