- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Gem for brushing1 unit(s)
- Mix the flour, yeast and salt. Then add the other ingredients, mixing until a homogeneous mass is formed. Open the dough, cut with a saucer or dessert pot, fill, close and press the edges with a fork. Brush the pastries with the egg yolk and bake in the oven at 180 degrees. Until golden (about 30 minutes, from the second tray it goes faster). Note: For the dough to be more crispy, leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes before opening it.
