- chopped bacon200 g
- large potatoes5 unit(s)
- salt1 teaspoon
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- chopped coriander to taste
- In a pan fry the bacon in its own fat until golden.
- Drain excess fat and place on absorbent paper. Reserve.
- Brush and wash the potatoes well. Wrap them one by one in aluminum foil.
- Place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for approximately 1 hour (or until soft when pierced with a fork).
- Partially uncover the potato, making a cradle with the aluminum foil.
- Make two deep cuts, forming a cross in the potato, press the two ends to open a hole and sprinkle half a teaspoon of salt over the potatoes.
- Season the Heavy cream with the remaining salt, distribute over the potatoes, sprinkle with the reserved bacon and coriander and serve next.
