- Egg1 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Olive oil or oil to taste
- Honey or sugar to taste
- Mash a banana, then add the egg, sugar, oat flour, yeast and cinnamon. Mix everything very well. (Sugar isn't as necessary if the bananas are very ripe, so it's completely up to you)
- Grease a skillet very well with olive oil, cut the other 2 bananas in half and place in the skillet. Add the mixture on top.
- Turn on the low heat and wait until the edges start to brown (be careful not to burn them, as they cook very quickly) After roasting one side turn to the other.
