- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Blend a banana, eggs, half a cup of sugar and milk in a blender.
- Add the flour little by little and beat slowly.
- Add the Yeast and beat very slowly.
- In a shape make a caramel and place the 3 sliced bananas
- Pour the dough on top and take it to the oven for 30 min (do the toothpick test)
- Dough still warm
