Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
Olive oil4 tablespoon
Water1 l
Salt and spices1 to taste
Sliced boiled meat100 g

In a pan, add the oil, onion and garlic and let it brown.
Then, put some of the water along with the potato and let it cook until it is pre-cooked.
Add the meat, tomatoes and cook for 10 to 15 minutes over high heat, add the seasonings, salt and parsley and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
