- For the stuffing: put the butter and the onion in a pan and sauté until golden.
- Add the dried meat and cottage cheese and mix well.
- Turn off the heat, add the chopped parsley and let it cool.
- For the dough: Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with your fingertips until smooth.
- For Ione the dough open it and put the stuffing, model the way you want.
- If you want a more shiny and golden pie, mix an egg yolk with drops of water and brush over the dough.
- Bake at 200° until golden.
