- Wheat Flour3/4 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Milk Cream1 can(s)
- Dough: Put all the ingredients and beat in the blender for 5 min. Then with a skillet greased with oil so as not to stick to make the pancakes.
- Sauce: Heat the margarine, brown the garlic, add the wheat flour and cook. Put the milk little by little and stir until it takes consistency, put salt and nutmeg and the cream of milk.
- The stuffing was ground meat, but it could be braised chicken or cheese and ham.
