- Carrot50 g
- Potato50 g

- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Leek50 g
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Seasonings to taste
- Cook the beets and discard the water. (This eliminates the anti-nutrient oxylate, which is in beets)
- Steam the carrots and potatoes. Reserve.
- Blend the beets, carrots and potatoes with 400 ml of water in a blender. Reserve.
- In a pan, brown the onion, leek and garlic in olive oil (chopped according to your preference).
- Add the beaten vegetables and add seasonings to taste.
