- milk1/2 cup

- ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard to taste

- for flatbread dough Prepare a large baking dish by greasing it with oil and dusting it with wheat flour. Reserve. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the yeast with the milk. Reserve. On a plate, with the help of a fork, beat the eggs. Add the sugar, salt, eggs, oil and wheat flour to the reserved yeast mixture and mix until you get a malleable dough. 30 minutes or until doubled in volume. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into 11 cm diameter discs. Place the discs on the baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes. Remove, cover with a clean tea towel and let cool.
