- Spaghetti Pasta400 g
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Tomato5 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cook the pasta the way you like it.
- Peel and chop the garlic, cut the tomatoes into 4 parts, remove the seeds and sauté everything in very hot oil.
- Sauté until it starts to break down and add a cup of water, let it reduce, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Add the pasta, mix well and serve.
