- Bifum rice noodles500 g
- Cooked and shredded chicken500 g
- grated carrot300 g
- shredded white cabbage200 g
- shredded mozzarella cheese500 g
- Corn starch150 g
- Saffron10 g
- Salt to taste
- Margarine1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour4 cup
- Panco flour6 cup
- Water2 cup
- Oil for frying2 l
- Soak the noodles in cold water for thirty minutes to be hydrated.
- Cook the chicken and shred.
- Place the margarine, chicken, carrots, cabbage, salt and saffron in a saucepan. Mix well over low heat. Add the macaroni and mix. Add the cheese and starch, mixing well.
- Let it cool, and make the dumplings.
- Mix the wheat flour with the water until it becomes a thin porridge. Dip the dumplings in this mixture and roll in panco flour.
- Heat the oil and fry the dumplings
