- First, beat the liquids, eggs, milk and oil in a blender.
- Then add the flour, parmesan and baking powder and beat some more.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion and tomato, put the sardines, corn, olives and parsley, mix everything and stir until cooked.
- Grease the mold with oil and flour. Put half of the dough in the pan, then the stuffing and complement with the rest of the dough.
- Bake in preheated oven until golden.
