- warm milk1.1/4 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Salt1 to taste
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Beat the eggs, sugar, milk, oil and salt in a blender. Let it beat for about 1 and a half minutes.
- Put this mixture in a bowl and add the flour little by little. Stir well with a spoon. Finally add the yeast. Mix art become homogeneous.
- Grease a baking sheet well with margarine and then flour it. Put the dough (which is really soft. It's normal) and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Place in preheated oven. Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden. (Oven temperature 180 degrees.)
