  • Wheat Flour1 kg
  • Water cup (American)1 unit(s)
  • Grated cheese1 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Dry yeast (envelope)2 unit(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Essence of Panettone1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Grated pepperoni sausage (stuffing)250 g
  • Shredded Mozzarella or Provolene Cheese100 g
  • Chopped olives1/2 cup
  • Parsley oregano to taste
  1. In the blender, beat all the ingredients of the dough very well, except the wheat flour.
  2. Pour the contents into a large bowl and add the wheat flour little by little.
  3. Keep stirring until you get a consistent and homogeneous mass. Cover with a cloth and let rise for 2 hours.
  4. Soon after, add the stuffing ingredients and mix well until you distribute them throughout the pasta.
  5. Then, divide the dough into 4 parts, shape it into a ball and place it in the 500g panettone molds.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the panettone for approximately 30 min. or until golden.
