- Grated cheese1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Dry yeast (envelope)2 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Essence of Panettone1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Grated pepperoni sausage (stuffing)250 g
- Shredded Mozzarella or Provolene Cheese100 g
- Chopped olives1/2 cup
- Parsley oregano to taste
- In the blender, beat all the ingredients of the dough very well, except the wheat flour.
- Pour the contents into a large bowl and add the wheat flour little by little.
- Keep stirring until you get a consistent and homogeneous mass. Cover with a cloth and let rise for 2 hours.
- Soon after, add the stuffing ingredients and mix well until you distribute them throughout the pasta.
- Then, divide the dough into 4 parts, shape it into a ball and place it in the 500g panettone molds.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the panettone for approximately 30 min. or until golden.
