- Ground beef1/2 kg
- Onion/garlic (seasoning the meat)2 unit(s)

- grated cheese200 g
- Cook the potato, then mix the egg and flour while the potato is still warm.
- Use a gnocchi, cut the pieces not too large, I make the ground beef sauce and set aside.
- In a pan, boil water and place the pieces, as soon as they rise, remove with a skimmer.
- Place the pieces on a platter, pour the ground beef sauce on top and put Parmesan cheese in the oven to melt and then just serve.
