- Parsley, chives and olive oil to taste
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract01 can(s)
- Beef broth02 unit(s)
- Pre-cooked Lasagna200 g
- Ham250 g
- Mozzarella250 g
- grated cheese to taste
- Saute onion and garlic in hot oil;
- Add the ground beef along with a cup of water and let it cook;
- Put the tomato paste, the oregano and approximately 1 and 1/2 liters of water,
- Let it cook for 10 minutes and turn off, add the parsley and chives, the sauce has to be very liquid;
- With a little of the sauce, line the bottom of a refractory;
- Alternate layers of lasagna noodles, sauce, slices of ham and slices of mozzarella;
- The last layer should be mozzarella, finally sprinkle grated cheese; Place in the oven and leave until the mozzarella melts.
