- Mozzarella300 g
- Ham200 g
- Corn1/2 can(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Tomato extract or sauce2 unit(s)
- Lasagna noodles (package)2 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Hot water to complete the sauce to taste
- Seasonings: salt, smoked paprika, oregano, my spice (cumin, coriander and black pepper)1 coffee spoon
- First I put the ground beef, let all the water drop and then stir it so it gets very loose, then add one ingredient at a time, this way it releases the flavor and aroma. Lastly, add the tomato paste.
- I always pre-cook the dough first, just in hot water (but that's a matter of taste, do it as you prefer) because when it goes in the oven it's just to brown the cheese‼ ️
- To assemble first put a little sauce, a layer of pasta, in the middle of the lasagna put a layer of ham and so on and finally in the last layer of sauce put ham and the mozzarella take it to the oven to brown the time will depend from each oven.
