- Mozzarella600 g
- Ham400 g
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Green control/smell to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Color to taste
- Lasagna pasta300 g
- Tomato sauce3 cup
- grated cheese1 unit(s)
- In a pan put the oil and the chopped onions, let it sauté for about 3 minutes and add the chopped garlic and fry until golden.
- Then put the tomato, peppers, black pepper, coloral, coriander / green smell and let it sauté for about 3 minutes, then put the ground beef stir, cover the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes
- Then add the tomato sauce and let it cook for another 7 minutes.
- In another pan, add water with a little oil and bring to a boil, then add the lasagna noodles and cook slowly, when al dente remove from the heat and drain the noodles.
- In a refractory I put some of the sauce, on top of a layer of pasta, then another layer of sauce, then a layer of ham, then a layer of mozzarella.. and repeat the process.
- On the last layer, sprinkle the grated cheese on top, then just put it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes and that's it.
