- Lasagna pasta400 g
- Bolognese sauce1 kg
- White sauce (bechamel)1 l
- Large eggplant, sliced (1.5 cm thick) and grilled2 unit(s)
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- In a platter put some of the very liquid Bolognese sauce in the bottom until it covers well.
- Add a layer of pasta, a layer of Bolognese sauce, then a layer of eggplants and another layer of white sauce. Then the dough again.
- Continue the same assembly sequence ending with a layer of white sauce.
- Cover with grated mozzarella cheese, place aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for about 35-40 minutes.
- Remove the foil with 5 minutes left to gratin the cheese.
