- Cauliflower1 kg

- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Ground beef1/2 kg
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Cheese (your choice) chopped200 g
- Chopped chives2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- 1-Cook the cauliflower until soft with a little salt, and after cooking let it drain well the water. 2-Pass the processor. 3-In a bowl mix the processed cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, olive oil and yeast, and mix well. 3- Grease a baking sheet with oil and spread the dough of cauliflower evenly and bake for twenty minutes or until golden. 4-While the dough is baking, prepare the filling:
- Filling: 1-Saute the garlic and onion, add the meat and let it cook and brown, add the tomato and 1/2 glass of water, let it steep for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat. 2-Take the dough out of the oven, put the sauce, sprinkle chives, spread the pieces of cheese and drizzle with olive oil. 3-Go back to the oven to melt the cheese! Tip: You can make it with other fillings of your choice.
