- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Ground beef500 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Chopped cheese of your choice200 g
- Chopped chives2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cook the cauliflower until tender with a little salt, and after cooking let it drain well the water.
- Put the cauliflower in the food processor.
- In a bowl mix the processed cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, oil and yeast, and mix well.
- Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and spread the cauliflower dough evenly and bake for 20 minutes. minutes or until golden.
- While the dough is baking, prepare the filling:
- Sauté the garlic and onion, add the ground beef and let it cook and brown, add the tomato and half a glass of water, let it cook for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat.
- Take the dough out of the oven, place the ground beef, sprinkle with chives, spread the pieces of cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
- Put it back in the oven to melt the cheese and the recipe is ready.
