- Vanilla1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Beat the ingredients in the mixer or with the whisk until everything is mixed very well. You don't need to hit too hard. Grease a mold with plenty of butter and pour the dough. Bake in a bain-marie in the preheated medium oven for 30 min or until golden. . . 👉🏻 If you wish, put it in molds for capcakes to bake, in a bain-marie. .
- Tip: I added a little wheat flour to the dough. 1/2 cup. I thought it got better. But it's totally optional...
