- Warm water2 cup
- Organic Dry Yeast2 dessert spoon
- Sugar3 teaspoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oil7 tablespoon
- Add water, oil, sugar and yeast in a container and leave it for 15 minutes, enough time to start the fermentation.
- After fermentation add egg, salt and gradually the flour, mix until a homogeneous mass and unglue from the hand, done that the dough has to rest for 30 min.
- After resting the dough has doubled in volume and is ready to be handled, in small portions stretch the dough and start braiding and filling to your liking, after locking the dough give a brush of oil let it rest until the fermentation is complete and increase in volume after just brushing it with egg yolks and baking it until golden.
