- Milk1 cup
- Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast2 unit(s)
- In a bowl put the flour
- Place the eggs, warm milk, sugar, salt, melted margarine and the yeast in a blender.
- Pour the contents of the blender over the flour and mix.
- When it is well mixed, place the dough on the counter and knead well.
- Let rest for 30 minutes
- After resting, divide the dough into 3 parts and open with a rolling pin.
- Put stuffing of your choice, then gather the masses, and start braiding
- Let rest for 1 hour
- Brush with egg yolks and bake at 180•C until golden.
