- Warm Milk11/4 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Biological Yeast10 g
- In the blender place the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and baking powder. Beat everything until the yeast dissolves well. Lastly add the flour and salt, beat a little more until the dough is homogeneous.
- Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven and bake the bread for 25 minutes.
