Em um refratário coloque o fermento biológico  , o açúcar a água morna , mexa , em seguida coloque o ovo , o óleo e o sal , depois vai colocando a farinha de trigo , sove bem a massa , e deixe descansar até dobrar de tamanho.


In a refractory, place the yeast, sugar and warm water, stir, then add the egg, oil and salt, then add the wheat flour, knead the dough well, and let it rest until it doubles in size.


Após a massa dobrar de tamanho , abra a massa e coloque uma camada de mussarela , outra de presunto e orégano .
Enrole a massa , e leve ao forno por 30 min  a 180 °ou até assar.
