- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Oil1/4 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1/2 kg
- Mozzarella200 g
- Ham100 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Mix all ingredients (EXCEPT WHEAT) and mix well. Gradually add the flour and stir until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
- Then I transferred the dough to a bench, and knead it until it is very smooth and let it rest for about 35 minutes with a covered cloth.
- After the time has passed, divide the dough into two parts, open with the help of a rolling pin (as if it were a large strip), fill in the middle with the mozzarella, ham (and you can add tomato and onion to your liking) and oregano.
- Then close the bread well, with the parts of the dough that are not stuffed. Cut the size you want and brush a yolk and place oregano to taste on top. Repeat the process with the other part of the dough and let the shaped buns rest for another 30 minutes.
- After the resting time, take the breads to the preheated oven at 200° for about 20 minutes until golden and it's ready. Makes 28 small loaves.
