- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Oil3/4 cup
- Nescau1 cup
- Milk250 ml
- Yeast powder1 coffee spoon
- Whip the egg whites in a stand mixer until stiff.
- Add the egg yolks, one by one, and add the sugar. Slowly pour in the milk and oil, whisking constantly.
- Finally, gently incorporate the sifted flour with the chocolate powder and the baking powder.
- Pour into a greased and floured round shape 28 cm in diameter and bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees Celsius for approximately 40 minutes. Let it cool and cut it in half.
