- Unleavened Wheat Flour16 tablespoon
- Beat the egg with the sugar and margarine, then add the milk and flour.
- It looks a little like cake batter, but a little thinner than cake batter.
- Then, heat the margarine or oil in a skillet over low heat and add approximately half a ladle of the batter to fry.
- Keep looking and turn when one side is golden brown.
- When the bruaca is fully fried, tilt the skillet and squeeze the bruaca to remove excess oil.
- Now just let it cool and you can add toppings of your choice or you can taste it anyway, it's delicious.
