Cabbage3 unit(s)
Orange zest1 tablespoon
Orange1 unit(s)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil2/3 cup
Vegetable Parmesan1/4 cup
Sliced Green Olives1/4 cup

In a food processor, grind the walnuts, garlic and cabbage.
Grate the zest of an orange and set aside.
Add the orange juice to the food processor, the olive oil and the Parmesan, process once more.
Cook your favorite pasta and mix in the pesto.
Finish with the orange juice, the olives and the Parmesan. Adjust the salt and pepper.
