- Fresh grated Parmesan50 g
- Black pepper1 tablespoon
- Boiling water2 l
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, removing it 1 minute before the indicated time.
- Save a cup of the cooking water and discard the rest when draining the pasta.
- Return the pasta to the pan with the parmesan and pepper.
- Add some of the cooking water and mix well.
- Serve with more grated parmesan on top.
