- I used a 20x30 rectangular shape I used a 240ml cup I used 32% chocolate powder. DASH✅3 eggs✅1 cup sugar✅1/2 (half) cup of oil✅1 cup of hot water✅2 cups of wheat flour✅ 1 cup powdered chocolate ✅ 1 tablespoon of baking powder ✅ half a spoon (coffee) of bicarbonate (optional) ✅ 1 Pinch of salt9 unit(s)
- PREPARATION MODE In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar and oil for 1 minute. Then add the water and beat for another 2 minutes. Separately, place the flour, cocoa powder, salt in a bowl and mix well. Then pour the beaten ingredients that are in the blender and stir until a very homogeneous mass. Add the baking powder and bicarbonate of soda and stir just a little more. Pour this mass in a greased shape with margarine and sprinkled with chocolate. Bake the cake at 180° for about 40 minutes, or until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean.
- PASSION FRUIT MOUSSE Ingredients ✅ 1 box of condensed milk ✅ 2 boxes of milk cream ✅ Pulp of 5 passion fruit (the pulp I put in the blender and then strained, I didn't add water) It also works with that concentrated juice from the manguary, okay?
- PREPARATION MODE: In the blender place the condensed milk and the 2 creams of milk, beat for about 2 minutes. With the blender still on, gradually add the passion fruit pulp and blend for another 3 minutes. Taste to see if it's to your liking, if necessary add more pulp until it's the way you think it's good. Some people like it softer, others like it stronger.
- MOUNTING. Crumble the cake and place a layer in a large bowl (or in any jar of your choice) Then place a layer of mousse. Then just keep repeating this process until you finish.
