- Grated Cheese100 g
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Canned Sardines4 unit(s)
- Tomato3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Olives to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Coriander to taste
- In the blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil, grated cheese and salt, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Add the wheat flour little by little while beating. Finally, add the baking powder and beat quickly, just to mix.
- Spread all the dough in a greased and floured medium shape. On top of the pasta, spread all the sardines. Cover with a layer of sliced tomatoes and spread the cilantro, the olives and finish with the sliced onion, sprinkle with oregano, salt and the olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 to 40 minutes (depends on the power of your oven) or until golden.
