- Cheese capeletti250 g
- Butter50 g
- Thinly sliced or grated zucchini1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic1 unit(s)
- Olive oil0 to taste
- Lemon Juice1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and Pepper0 to taste
- Basil leaves0 to taste
- Grated Fresh Parmesan100 g
- In a large skillet, brown the almonds and set aside.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions and set aside.
- In the frying pan, put a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the garlic and zucchini, stirring constantly (from 1 to 3 minutes), add the lemon juice and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Remove from the heat - add the pasta and mix well, then add the basil and almonds and finish with the parmesan. Serve next.
