- Capelleti250 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic 2 cloves to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green Spice to taste
- Optional grated cheese to taste
- Sour cream (½ box) to taste
- Cook capelleti according to package directions.
- In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion, when it is transparent, put the garlic and sauté a little more. Add a little water (less than half a cup) and season with salt to taste, lower the heat and add the cream, mix and turn off the heat.
- When serving add green seasoning and grated cheese.
