- Chocolate powder1/2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Water1/2 teaspoon
- Brewed coffee1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Wheat for greasing and flour1 tablespoon
- Powdered milk for sprinkling1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, oil, chocolate powder, flour, water, coffee and yeast until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Pour into a greased and floured 24cm diameter mold with a hole in the middle, and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until firm and golden. Remove from oven, let cool and unmold.
- For the frosting, heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter until it melts, then add a box of cream and 3 tablespoons of chocolate and 1 tablespoon of sugar, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Then add the frosting to the cake.
