- Fusilli Grano Duro Superiore Pasta250 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Garlic1 pint
- Cherry Tomatoes, halved200 g
- Buffalo mozzarella in balls (sliced)200 g
- Salt0 to taste
- Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Basil leaves (washed)1 cup
- In a large pot, put 1 L of water for every 100 g of raw pasta!!
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and book!!
- In a medium pan, with fire at medium temperature, slightly heat the oil and sauté the garlic for 1 minute!!
- Add the tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, season with salt and pepper. Saute briefly!!
- Then add the cooked pasta and sauté (mix) to incorporate the ingredients!!
- Serve next, and decorate with basil leaves!!
