- Boiled and mashed yam2 cup
- Wheat flour4 cup
- Fresh yeast1 unit(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- lard1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
- Leave the yeast and sugar to rest in warm milk for 15 minutes.
- Mix the wheat flour with the yam, the egg and the salt, the cinnamon and the lard, add the yeast kneading well.
- Let the dough stand for an hour and a half.
- Shape the buns and leave to rest for another half hour on a greased and sprinkled baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes or until cooked.
