- Bring water to boil with salt, an amount that covers the pasta and let it cook until aldente.
- In a platter, place the yolk with the cheese and gradually add the water that is cooking the macaroni, until the cheese melts more, being careful not to cook the yolk. Cheese can be grated to melt faster
- Drain the pasta and add it to the best, adjust the salt and season with the black pepper to taste.
- I added a touch of olive oil to taste and olives. It was tasty, and eat it as soon as it's ready
