- Spaghetti Noodles200 g
- Bacon100 g
- Egg Yolk3 unit(s)
- Egg (whole)1 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut the bacon into cubes.
- Fry the bacon.
- In a bowl, place the yolks, the egg and mix with the grated cheese, until it has a not-so-soft consistency.
- Add a ladle of the pasta water to the mixture.
- Place the pasta almost al dente in the bacon pan with a little pasta water.
- Finish cooking the bacon in the pan, when the water dries up, add the mixture and stir very quickly.
- If it gets too soggy, add pasta water.
- Serve grating cheese on top.
