- Milk1/2 l
- Sour Cream2 unit(s)
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Black Pepper to taste
- Shrimp: After cleaning, in a pan cook the shrimp with seasoning to taste, salt, black pepper, and add cream, let it cook and set aside.
- For the sauce, fry the chopped onion with butter, salt and pepper. Add the cream and start dissolving the cornstarch, adding milk, keep stirring until it creates consistency, if you want it to thicken, add starch, after that, place the shrimp next to the sauce.
- Cook the pasta in salted water, and in a refractory, separate the beaten eggs with a fork. After ready, drain the pasta, place the eggs on top of the pasta that will cook with the heat of the pasta. Serve on a plate, add the sauce and go.
