- Milk3/4 cup
- Large carrot1 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar60 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- bread yeast1 unit(s)
- Beat the milk together with the carrot in the blender and strain.
- Knead the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes. Place a cloth over it and let it rise for an hour or so.
- Open the dough and shape the buns. Let rise in the molds for another 40 minutes.
- Once risen, brush a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of milk over the breads (to brown)
- Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
