- Margarine5 tablespoon
- Sugar3 cup
- Carrot3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 to taste

- In a pressure cooker, put the water and the peeled carrots to cook for 10 minutes.
- In a blender place the oil, sugar and cooked carrots and the melted margarine beat everything
- In a bowl, place the wheat flour, place the mixture and mix until it is uniform, add the baking powder, mix well
- In a greased shape with margarine and flour, pour the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes.
