- Baking powder3 tablespoon
- Grated and chopped medium carrots3 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Chocolate1/2 cup
- Shake in the liquefier all the ingredients except flour and chocolate chips (optional)
- Add the flour, half a cup at a time, beating in between. Then transfer the dough to a bowl and add the chocolate chips. (optional) Mix.
- Preheat medium oven (180 degrees ºC).
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured medium shape and bake for 40 minutes.
