- Carrot260 g
- Sugar300 g
- Sifted Wheat Flour370 g
- Chemical Yeast20 g
- Maizena10 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Coverage to taste
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients and set aside.
- In the blender the eggs, milk, oil and carrot for 00:02 minutes.
- Pour this mixture little by little over the dry ones and stir gently until obtaining a homogeneous and uniform mass.
- Pour the dough in greased shape, take it to the oven at 180°C for 00:45 minutes approx.
- Remove the cake from the oven, wait for it to cool.
- For the syrup: cut the chocolate into pieces.
- In a pan, mix the milk cream, butter and chocolate, take it to the low fire, always stirring until it thickens.
- Then pour the still hot syrup over the cake.
- Serve immediately!
