Egg Yolks

1 cup of sugar or half a cup of honey

2 and a half cups all-purpose flour

Baking powder

One and a half cashew juice concentrate

Chopped Cashew Nuts

Bata a  margarina com as gemas e o açúcar até obter um creme homogêneo. Acrescente, aos poucos, a farinha de trigo peneirada com fermento, alternando com o suco de caju. Junte  as castanhas de caju  e por último, as claras em neve. Asse em forno moderado. Sirva com chá  quente de hortelã. 

Beat the margarine with the yolks and sugar until obtaining a homogeneous cream. Gradually add the sifted wheat flour with yeast, alternating with the cashew juice. Add the cashews and finally the snow whites. Bake in a moderate oven. Serve with hot mint tea.
